Nokia Care Center Nightmares
I’ve been a Nokia user right from the days of the mighty 5110, and since then I’ve used most of Nokia’s successful models. In the early days these phones are so simple and reliably built, so they rarely had any major complaints. As phones began to include new functionalities and started becoming computers, they grew complicated and very susceptible to both hardware and software damage. This is where the Nokia Care Centers come into the scene. I’ve heard more bad than good about these places in the past and I after my recent experience, I decided to write about it.
I also felt may be other users might be interested to share their experiences, so am planning to run this series with your submissions. I got a very disgusting experiences from the product of Nokia. I bought Nokia Model 6500-S, Product code-0565059 and with in a week its giving technical and hanging problems. I am really fed up from the products of nokia. I been to service centre which are running with the pioneer company i.e. HCL, its a joint venture. In service centre again that there is no customer satisfaction but their own satisfaction by making fool of the customers.
I suugest to all that don’t go for nokia product and the service centres which are with HCL.
In Nokia Care centre - HCL at green park, New Delhi they fucked you as well as your handset.

HI friends,
I want to share my experience with NOKIA cell phones with you and want to ALERT you regarding the drastic drop in it’s quality in recent years.
The Nokia that once upon a time was famous for it’s quality and thus managed to get a upper hand than other player is now not the same.
Here are my experiences and sure that I am not the only one:
1. I bought a Nokia 6670 and after 1 year it’s keypad started giving some problem ,I took it to NOKIA care ( bigest mistake) they told me that there was some problem with keypad and they fixed it and charged me around Rs 300 but after one week same problem came again and after a long struggle they were ready to repair the phone again but again the same thing and after 2 weeks it again had the same problem. I thought that Nokia care center has some problem and took it to different nokia care they charged me Rs 650 and told me that they have fixed the problem but after 1 week the phone again had the same problem and when I took it again they fixed it but again after 2 weeks that phone stopped working after that neither I had time nor money to spend so I decided to buy new phone. But the excellent care of Nokia care didn’t stop here please keep reading.
2. I bought a Nokia 2626 and on the first day I found that the display had some problem and the dealer had replaced the phone (again the quality).
3. I got a replaced Nokia 2626 and it worked well for 2 months and after that suddenly one day it stopped working and when I gave it to dealer, after 3 weeks he informed me that it is water damage and said that Nokia is asking rs800 to repair the set but I am 100% sure that the phone never came in contact of water but still I though that set may have come in contact to sweat bc’s I can’t think of any other reason.
So I collected the set from dealer and gave it to Nokia care myself and after 3 weeks this is the reply that I got
“ELS failed.liquid log on system connector,INTER track MISSING, so not in warranty can’t be repair so RWR”
I don’t know how without anything the set came to this state and when first time nokia was ready to repair it for 800 how come second time it can’t be repaired. I am sure that now nokia care is full of incapable guys who has no or very minimum knowledge and I can’t have more strength to be with nokia and switching to motorola.
In case you have any plan of buying a nokia phone I will suggest you to visit any nokia care shop and you will come to know about the customer’s frustration with the quality.
In case anyone knows about any legal possibility in this case and had such experience please let me know.

i m really feel bad, with nokia care i wants to contect nokia complain department for my complain. i have given my n70 mobile to nokia careon 10/jun/2008 yet i hae not receive and not behaviouring properly with us. i want healthy reply from u. earliest stage.

i have nokia 5200, my end key is not working they could not fix it and they are saying that my phone has got water damage, but it is not the case. but they could not fix the problem they want 2 keep my mobile for a long period of time they wil send it to head office,there it will be decided if it can be fixed and will i get warranty……even if it dosent get fixed i will have 2 keep my cell with them and have to pay a large sum of money. i was a fan of nokia from my childhood days(good old days of nokia 3310) and have asked people to buy nokia but i wont do the same from now on. Good buy Nokia ……..PLZ DON’T BUY NOKIA ANYMORE.

I had bought a new nokia 1200 in june 2008l. after 10 days m faced problem with my phone. its show insert sim card n at bottem in display its show demo and then its not working . I had given my handset to nokia care at sidhi vinayak complex new sanganer road opp. sanjivani hospital sodala , jaipur on 7 july
i hav submitted 4 times this phone at nokia care but all times i have faced same problem . this nokia care center employee are not fit for these seets . manager n all employee of this nokia care center are very stupid n idiots . one thing they never attend any phone calls if they received any call then they doesnt replyed . all these things are very frustrated . its not my problem many other persons faced these types of problems . first they all are frustrated with their nokia cell phones n also frustrated with nokia care center employees . so plz its req. to all if u want to be happy with cell phones then never buy nokia phones . nokia phones n there employees all are ass hole.

dear sir,
I have purchased new nokia mobile model 6233, IMI NO- 356283012850212, on 14 aug 2009. from Roorkee
after 15 days there are problems like hanging and display and
software were arises .I went to sony care on 3 may in haridwar
they repaired my cell but after one month the problem created again ,In the month of july i have recorded my complain three times and in the month of august the cell is again repaired
I have made so many complains during the warrenty peroid
but my problem is not solved till now and my cell is out of warrenty
plz take necessary step to replace my cell

I had purchased nokia 5800XM. After 7days its gone a hanging problem. Not only that touch screen also not working properly. I have already given it to Nokia care ro repair it. But after almost two weeks i dont get satisfactory answer from care center. I feel so sad, as i m working outside and dont have any alternate arrangement for connunication. Is nokia care established really for the helping or its open just to make people tenes. yaar now i m very tired. I need my mobile as soon as possible but i cant do anything. GO TO HELLLL NOKIA CARE.

Ever since I bought 3110c. The handset has been giving software problem. the nokia care executives had been giving assurance that it won’t be same. This cintinued more than 6 times but in vain. Within a month or after the problem repeats. Please suggest what should I do as my warranty period will be over by January.
